Getting to Know Us… Shelly Villalobos

Relationships matter! When CSA, Inc. team members work with clients to deliver great programs and results, we strive to establish meaningful ties with the our clients’ project teams. In our continuing efforts to develop a little more in the way of personal bonds — as well as business bonds — we will be featuring one of our team members so you can get to know us at a deeper level. Today, we’d like you to meet Shelly Villalobos, Confidential Analyst:

Hello! My name is Shelly Villalobos, and I am a Confidential Analyst at Customer Service Advantage, Inc. I’m a native of San Diego, and while I’m an only child, I’ve had many childhood friends to make up for that!

I attended high school in Chula Vista, California, and graduated with a 3.8 GPA. Immediately after graduating, I enrolled in Southwestern College in Chula Vista and elected a major in Criminal Justice. I attended Southwestern College for two years.

024While in college I was hired as a Data Technician working for a military command supporting the various troops. I enjoyed my employment tremendously and gained a lot of experience working for the government.

After working at this company for three years, I decided to pursue my education goals again. I transferred all my credits from Southwestern College and enrolled in Ashworth College in hopes of obtaining a degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Corrections. My estimated graduation date is December, 2016. After graduation, I plan to earn a Master’s Degree in Business.

Three years quickly turned to seven, and while working for the military, I found it very rewarding to be around people who were dedicated to helping their community. The relationships I made there helped me obtain my current position at CSA, Inc., as Confidential Analyst, where my work allows me to continue to help — and be around those who help — serve their communities.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending my time with my 3-year-old son. We love to experience all that beautiful San Diego has to offer, from going to the beach to local attractions. I also enjoy spending time with family and shopping!

My plans for the future are: to learn another language other than Spanish and English, to travel, specifically to see the pyramids in Mexico or Egypt, and to buy a house!
