Getting to Know Us… Timothy Pagano

Relationships matter! When CSA, Inc. team members work with clients to deliver great programs and results, we strive to establish meaningful ties with the our clients’ project teams. In our continuing efforts to develop a little more in the way of personal bonds — as well as business bonds — we will be featuring one of our team members so you can get to know us at a deeper level. Today, we’d like you to meet Tim Pagano, Business Development/Account Manager:

During my 18-year career in government, I had the opportunity to work passionately for three communities in the Los Angeles/Orange County area: the Cities of Brea, Walnut and Chino.  As a Specialist in Community Services Programming, I had the distinct pleasure of working with many of the citizens and their families in the communities that I served.

The motivating factor that led me to leave the public sector and join CSA, Inc. as Business Development/Account Manager was the recognition that while all organizations place a premium on the way they serve their customers, it takes knowledge of, and experience in, government agencies to accurately recognize the unique opportunities that public sector employees face when creating a world- class customer experience.  I have observed that expertise in my new colleagues and have seen first-hand the outstanding results that CSA, Inc. achieves with every client project.  My goal is to contribute to our mission of establishing a customer-focused culture and ensuring that our clients make great impressions on every customer, every day.

On the personal side, I am a devoted husband and father who loves spending as much quality time as possible with my family. I studied Organizational Management at the University of La Verne and graduated in 2009. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going on adventurous hikes and excursions all around the Southern California area. I have volunteered on Executive Boards with the professional development non-profits Southern California Teen Coalition (SCTC) and the Continuing Education for Public Officials (CEPO). In addition, I am an avid hockey fan and I am a very passionate follower of the Anaheim Ducks!
